Concrete trucks \ mixer trucks are made to transport and mix concrete up to the construction site. They can be charged with dry materials and water, with the mixing occurring during transport. With this process, the material has already been mixing. The concrete mixing transport truck maintains the material's liquid state through agitation, or turning of the drum, until delivery.

For the drum, we use Shanghai Baosteel B520JJ wearresistant alloy steel plate, which is specially used for the concrete truck mixer. Its excellent mechanical properties and weld ability filled the blank of domestic special steel

technology. Mixing drum cylinders and mixing blades are manufactured by using this material, drum welding uses

automatic welding with welding robot, and the quality is more reliable. As a result of using the special plate, it can reduce the whole truck‘s weight and improve the running stability without shortening its life-span. At rated load, there is a small amount of drum distortion (tensile strength is good). The twin variable screw-pitch mixing blade with CAD based surface enable the drum to accommodate more concrete and improve the discharging speed without lowering the concrete quality or reducing the discharge residual rate.

Operating System

Cab and both sides of the car behind use the link forms to achieve three-point linkage, which can make operation easier, more flexible, safer, and more reliable, and can adapt to

different working conditions.

Hydraulic System

Hydraulic components are imported from world-famous companies and provide optional configuration for users.

Charging and Discharging System

Molding made charging device, no dead angle inside, allows a smooth flow of concrete, easy to be washed and replaced and looks nicer.

The Whole Structure

Water Supply System

Clean the multiple points by air pressure. The air line uses a regulator to adjust the pressure of the system, and restricted brake pressure decreasing ensures the safety of the air and water supply. Cleaning pipe layout is rational and beautiful, making the
